• Sviluppo di un programma per il calcolo numerico delle proprietà elettroniche di atomi e ioni isolati. Si utilizzano tecniche della Teoria del Funzionale Densità
• Gestione ed utilizzo di un programma per il calcolo degli spettri elettronici di fotoemissione. Si utilizzano tecniche della Teoria del Funzionale Densità e della funzione di Green.
• Gestione ed utilizzo di programmi per il calcolo della struttura a bande nei solidi (LMTO e FPLO).
• Sviluppo di un programma per l'analisi dei dati topografici della superficie del pianeta Marte.
• Sviluppo di un programma per la generazione e l'analisi statistica di reti complesse.
• Sviluppo di un programma di dinamica molecolare per la simulazione di cellule endoteliali. Equazioni di Newton accoppiate con un'equazione del calore.
• Sviluppo di programmi di utilità in ambiente Linux.
