- Network in the cell. We are starting an activity in this field by considering the biological meaning of the various topological quantities that is possible to compute in metabolic and gene regulatory networks.
- Food Webs and Taxonomy. In this field we analyse the topological quantities of the graph resulting both from predation relationship within an ecosystem and from Linnean classification.
